Buttons Description
General mode – used when weighing static
weights and produce. No averaging of weights is
performed. The weigh button must be pressed to
lock the displayed weight on the screen.
Livestock mode – used when weighing moving
animals. Displayed weights are averaged to filter
out sudden changes in weights. The weigh button
must be pressed to lock the displayed weight on
the screen.
Livestock locking mode - used when weighing
moving animals. Displayed weights are averaged
to filter out sudden changes in weights. The scale
will automatically lock the displayed weight on the
screen once the animal is stable enough to do so.
7 Up Press to increase display contrast.
8 Down Press to decrease display contrast.
9 Back Used when recalibrating the system to back up one stage.
10 OK Used when recalibrating the system to confirm a selection.
Error Messages
Should a problem be detected within the scale system, the Weigh Scale W110
will display an error code on its screen. If an error code is shown, turn off the
W110 and closely inspect the loadbar connections and cables. Switch the Weigh
Scale back on and check whether error message still displays.
Any damage to the connector or cable may require replacement by a Gallagher
service agent. If there is no obvious damage to the system, contact your local
Gallagher service centre and quote the error code that is displayed.
