Why is espresso running too fast on my Gastroback Coffee Maker?

If espresso runs out too quickly from your Gastroback Coffee Maker, and the pressure gauge isn't reaching 9 bar, it could be due to several reasons. The coffee might be ground too coarsely, so try using a slightly finer grind. You may not be using enough coffee in the filter basket, so increase the dose and use the RAZOR™ dosing tool to trim off any excess after tamping. Also, ensure the coffee is tamped firmly enough, applying between 15-20kgs of pressure.
