To Access Advanced Features
1. With the Espresso Machine turned
off, press and hold the 1 CUP button,
then press and hold the POWER but-
ton together for 3 seconds.
2. Rotate the SELECT dial to the desired
function. Press the SELECT dial to
access the accompanied settings.
3. You may exit Advanced Features at
any time and return to standby mode.
Simply press the MENU button.

input for 30 seconds, or the POWER
button, or MENU button is pressed.

Use this function to reset all programma-
ble values back to the default settings. The
machine has the following default settings:
Espresso Temperature: 93 °C
Pre-infusion, Duration: 7 (seconds)
Pre-infusion, Pressure: 60 (percent)
Milk Temperature: 60 °C
Steam Temperature: 130 °C
Air Pump Delay: 2 seconds
