  If your GE refrigerator's cube dispenser isn't working (on some models), first, check if the icemaker or water supply is turned off and turn it on. If ice cubes are frozen to the icemaker feeler arm, remove them and move the arm to the ON (down) position. Break up any irregular ice clumps in the storage container using fingertip pressure, discarding any remaining clumps. If the freezer is too warm, adjust the freezer control to a colder setting, one position at a time, until clumps do not form.
