How to Insert the Batteries
] Remove tile battery cover by sliding it

OutdoorCoils
Tile coils on tile outdoor side of tile air conditioner
should be checked regularly. If tile)' are clogged
with dirt or soot, tile)' may be professionally
steam-cleaned, a service available through your
GE service outlet.
Air Filter
Tile air filter behind tile ti'ont grille should be
checked and cleaned at least every 30 dm_s or
more otten if necessary.
Clean tile filter with wamL soapy water: Rinse and
let tile filter (h T befin'e repladng it.
To remove (on some models)'.
[]Open tile inlet grille upward by pulling out
tile bottom of tile inlet grille.
] Using tile tab, pull up slightly on tile filter
to release it and pull it down.
CAUTION:ooNoroperatetbe
conditioner without a filter because dirt and lint will
clog it and reduce performance.
Toremove (on some models):
(;tab tile tabs on tile filter and pull it up and out.
