5Ć1 PRECAUTION
D Complete the Table Center Alignment before Anchoring the Gantry and Table.
D Prior to anchoring, after drilling the anchoring holes, check that the Gantry and Table are tightly fixed
together by two bolts (Section 2-3, INSTALLATION AND LEVELING OF T ABLE).
DANGER!!
CRASH HAZARD!! THE TABLE AND GANTRY MUST BE ANCHORED.
5Ć2 ANCHORING
CAUTION
Unstable condition. Keep the Table at its highest position. Don't tilt the Gantry.
Perform T ABLE TO GANTRY ALIGNMENT as outlined in Section 2 of the System Adjustment tab of the F unctional
Check/Adjustment manual.
Mark the anchoring positions and then move the system to drill the anchoring holes.
Anchor the CT system at five points: one for the Gantry , and four at the T able. Illustration 5-5 shows the possible
anchoring positions, choose the most appropriate locations.
The following hardware is provided with the system.

6 Flat washers
6 Insulating Plates
6 Anchor Nuts and (Cone Wedges)
1 Anchor Stick
Note
1. During drilling, always keep the drill bit perpendicular to the floor.
2. There is a gap between the channel base and the floor.
3. Tighten the bolt with a torque of 40 kg-cm.
4. The minimum Tensile load strength of the anchors must be 1000 kgf.
