What to do if my GE CASE V6.7 Medical Equipment says 'Not enough free memory on hard drive'?
    • D
      denisegillespieAug 8, 2025
If your GE Medical Equipment displays a 'Not enough free memory on hard drive!' message, you need to increase the available storage. You can achieve this by compressing exercise test data or deleting unnecessary examinations. Also, ensure that both the hard drive containing your database and the one with your operating system have sufficient free space, with at least 100 MB available in the temporary directories.

    • A
      April KellyAug 12, 2025
If the ECG grid isn't showing up in your PDF file from the GE Medical Equipment, configure Acrobat Distiller. For Acrobat V6.0: Go to Start -> Settings -> Printer -> Adobe PDF -> menu Printer -> Document Defaults -> menu Adobe PDF Settings -> disable 'do not send fonts to distiller'; menu Paper/Quality -> button Advanced -> Graphic and select the field 'Download True Type Font as Softfont'. For Acrobat V5.0: Follow the same steps. If the problem persists, change the grid format in System Configuration -> General tab -> Printer -> deselect 'Dotted line' -> select grid format. If the grid lines are too strong, use a shade of gray instead of black.

Why won't my GE CASE V6.7 exercise test analysis start?
    • C
      Christopher GonzalezNov 2, 2025
If the exercise test analysis on your GE Medical Equipment isn't starting, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure that all the necessary electrodes are properly attached; if you still want to proceed, try clicking the 'Relearn medians' button. The device might be using unsuitable leads, so manually select appropriate ones. Check that the screen diagonal setting in the System Configuration is correct. For smaller screens (below 17 inches), make sure the Windows taskbar isn't set to always be on top. Verify that you're using the correct screen resolution with Small Fonts in Windows. Also, confirm that the ergometer model and port are correctly selected. Inspect the connection cable and connectors for any issues. Try turning the ergometer off and on again, and restart the GE Medica...
