When the equipment is abnormal, such as: it cannot be turned on, the weighing is
abnormal, etc.; it can be reset by re-powering it. Press the Reset button on the right
side of the scale with a tool, and the equipment will automatically reset.

You can change the weight unit and view more measured data in your phone
after connecting it to the scale.
Unit Change: click "Me" - "Settings" - "Change Unit" in the app.

Smart Body Fat Scale Reset
1. What should I do if the scale cannot be turned on or the LCD screen does
not display anything when we just get it?
Please connect the power cord for charging and activation, or press the reset button
to activate. If you still cannot turn it on after several attempts, please contact our
customer support.
This series of products have been strictly calibrated before leaving the factory, and
the error range conforms to the national standard. Under the premise that it is not
used for commercial weighing, in order to ensure the accuracy requirements, please
place the scale body on a clean, hard and flat ground when using it, and keep the
correct standing posture when weighing. If the error is still found to be too large after
multiple adjustments, please contact our customer support.
3. What should I do if the measurement results fluctuate greatly?

phone?
Check whether the smart body fat scale has sufficient power. If not, please charge
it in time.
Please make sure that the Bluetooth connection of the device is turned on, and
the Bluetooth version of the device is 4.0 and above.
Please confirm whether the APP is bound to the smart body fat scale, if not, it
needs to be bound.
Close the APP, reopen it and establish a Bluetooth connection.
