The lower 9/16” nut is brazed to
the copper tube. Hold it
stationary while turning the
upper 9/16” nut in a counter-
clockwise direction to remove
the switch.
NOTE: There are two reasons
for using care when removing
the switch:
1. The wires twist as the switch
is unscrewed, so care is needed
to prevent damaging the wires.
