  There are several possible causes for water leakage. The door gasket might be damaged, so check if it's seated correctly and not torn. Also, objects left in pockets can cause damage. Oversudsing can also cause leaks. Use less detergent. Ensure fill hoses or the drain hose are tightly connected at both the washer and the faucets, and that the drain hose is correctly inserted and secured to the drain facility. A clogged dispenser, often caused by powder soap, can also lead to leaks. Remove the drawer and clean both the drawer and the inside of the dispenser box. Finally, ensure you are using only HE detergent in the correct amount.

An unbalanced load can also cause these issues; pause the unit, redistribute the load, and run a rinse and spin cycle without any clothes to check the machine.
