Usethetimegiveninyourrecipewhenusingthe
ovenforthefiisttime.Oventhermostats,intime,may
“drift”fromthefactorysettinganddifferencesin
timingbetweenanoldanda newovenof 5 to 10
minutesarenotunusual.Yourovenhasbeenset
correctlyatthefactoryandis morelikelytobe
accuratethantheovenwhichitreplaced.However,if
youfindthatyourfoodsconsistentlybrowntoolittle
ortoomuch,youmaymakea simpleadjustmentin
thethermostat(OvenTernp)knob.
