When heating severaldifferent

on the ovenfloor, while foodswhich
are only warmedshould be placed
onthe shelf. Thisis because
microwaveenergy enters theoven
from the bottom only.Also, itis
importantto remember that foods
absorb microwaveenergy at
differentrates. Ratescan be affected
bythe size of the food, and its
startingtemperature.
Becauseofthevarying rates, you
mayneed to startreheating alarge
or dense food a fewminutes ahead

one of the foodsyouare heating
seems undercooked but the others
reheated satisfactorily,letthe
underheated food continue cooking.

stiror rearrange foods (donot
