For many foods, especially
roastsand poultry, internal food
temperature is the best test for
doneness. The temperature probe
takesthe guesswork out of roasting
bycooking foodsto the exact
donenessyou want. When the
intemallemperature of the food
reaches the temperature you set,
ovenautomatically shuts off,
“End” appears on display and oven
beeps once a minuteuntil
CLEARKIFFpadistouched.
Step 1:Insert probe into meat.
Then plug probe into receptacle on
ovenwall.
Step 2: TouchIMKE pad. Display
shows“BAKE” and a flashing
indicatorlightpoints to OVEN
TEMP. Touchnumber pads 3,2
