Oven Heat

heat transferred from the heated food.

Cooking
tips
• When cooking bacon, layer strips on a
plate. Cover each layer with a paper towel.
• When cooking vegetables, use a
microwave-safe casserole or bowl. Cover
with a microwave-safe lid or vented plastic
wrap.
• For frozen vegetables, follow the package
instructions for adding water.
• For fresh vegetables, add 2 tablespoons of
water for each serving.
