Using the Griddle (on some models) (Cont.)
The Chef’s griddle can only be used resting on top of the left grate. Position the griddle over the left grate observing the
“Front” and “Back” indicators stamped in the griddle. The bottom of the griddle should interlock securely with the fingers
of the left grate. Do not turn on the bridge burner until you are certain the griddle has been positioned correctly.
