■ Placeonlydrypansonthesurfaceelements.Donot
place lids on the surface elements, particularly wet
lids. Wet pans and lids may stick to smooth surface
when cool.
■ Donotusewoksthathavesupportrings.Thistypeof
wok will not heat on the cooktop.
■ Werecommendthatyouuseonlyaflat-bottomed
wok. They are available at your local retail store. The
bottom of the wok should have the same diameter as
the surface element to ensure proper contact.
■ Somespecialcookingproceduresrequirespecific
cookware such as pressure cookers or deep-fat
fryers. All cookware must have flat bottoms and be
the correct size.

Make sure the canner is flat on the bottom.
