Step 1—Initial Orientation
Set Frame of Interest
Use the Stop button to freeze the loop
Use the left/right arrow in the tool bar to go frame by frame
(do not use the arrow keys on your keyboard)
Select end-diastolic frame and mark it by pressing the icon
Select the end–systolic frame and mark it by pressing the icon
MV has to be closed
MV TomTec analysis for 4D TEE
Image Acquisition
1. Only images acquired with 6VT-D probe can be analyzed
2. During acquisition, MV and MV annulus should be complete
as well as part of the AV
3. For dynamic measurement frame rate should not be too low
4. Image is optimized for best viewing at MV
Image Analysis
1. Recall a 4D TEE MV dataset
2. Select Measure ->Click Valve -> Select 4D MV-Assessment (TomTec)
3. TomTec MV assessment plug—in will start
