Laser Lines
This tool provides an enhanced correlation and the position between the 2D
slice images and the rendered image
From the Vivid E9—From the touch panel, go to page 2
and Press Laser Lines
Select either Red or Color ( White and Yellow )
From EchoPAC—In the Menu bar, 3 selections
Off – no Laser lines
Middle – Red
Right – Color

7. Once the position of the Laser lines is
set properly press Biplane button on
the touch panel. The image switches to a
standard biplane mode, with high frame
rate and high resolution of 2D image
4D Workflow Tools
Note: This tool is available only in LIVE mode (during scanning). When using
the 3V-D and 4V probe, Biplane prepare mode button is on the 2nd
page of the touch panel. When using the 6VT-D probe, Biplane prepare
button is on the 1st page of the touch panel.
