With timer knob pulled
out and door closed,
does door lamp glow?
Yes
No
Disconnect power, gain
access to reed switch
connector, disconnect.
Can you open the
door?
Defective door lock
switch, replace switch
assembly.
Defective door lock
coil, replace switch
assembly
NO Yes
Take continuity two pin
connector leading to
reed switch. Dispenser
drawer open no
reading, drawer closed
read continuity
If readings are correct
replace timer. If not
correct replace reed
switch
