The THR is supplied with a standard length flue
which can be used to run through a wall up to
1 meter thick located directly behind the water heat-
er. For greater lenghts use the extension tube and
elbows in option (see § below).
The THR water heater has a sealed combustion cir-
cuit. Take care to keep the various seals in good
condition (cover, flue box, etc.).
Replace if necessary. the various elbows and con-
nection pieces located on the flue gas exhaust route
and on the air intake must be fitted in a leaktight
manner in order to avoid flue gases recycling.

Maximum length of horizontal balanced flue:
PHWUHV.
One 90° elbow is equivalent to a straight length of
one metre.
Thus a balanced flue with a elbow cannot exceed,
for example:
2 metres + 2 elbows odder 1 metre + 1 elbow + 2 metres
(the elbow located at the back of the boiler should
not be taken into account).
