If your Generac Power Systems Engine won't start, several issues could be the cause. Here's what you can check: * Ensure the air cleaner is clean; if dirty, clean or replace it. * Verify the fuel tank has gasoline; if empty, fill it. * If the gasoline is stale, drain the tank and carburetor, then refill with fresh fuel. * Confirm the spark plug wire is connected to the spark plug; if not, connect it. * Consider replacing the spark plug if it's bad. * Also, drain the fuel tank and carburetor and fill with fresh fuel to eliminate water in the gasoline. * Make sure that choke knob is in 'NO CHOKE' position. * Check the oil level and fill the crankcase to the proper level if it's low.
