UNPACKING AND ASSEMBLY
UNPACKING
The slicer comes fully assembled and ready for use; however, inspect
the shipping carton and its contents for shipping damage. If you detect
shipping damage to any of the contents of the carton, notify your
carrier.
Remove the packing materials and take out the accessory box before
removing the slicer from the carton. If there are any parts missing,
notify us immediately at the number listed on the back cover of this
manual.
CAUTION: The slicer should be installed on a level counter
top strong enough to safely support its weight.
The slicer should be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized (See Page 7.)
before using to ensure sanitary conditions.
