4. Firmware Update Procedure
Product : G-Shot P210
To update this camera firmware, you will need to have
1. The new firmware file from Premier.
2. One SD card.
3. One card reader.
4. One AC Adapter only for the camera.
Please follow the steps below to perform the update process:
1. Rename the Boot file name to Code.bin.
2. Prepare a formatted and empty SD card.
3. Insert a SD card to the card reader. Copy the firmware file (Code.bin) into the SD
card root.
4. Make sure the new firmware file is copied to the SD card.
5. Insert the SD card into the camera, and then plug in the AC adapter (3.3V/2.6A)
into the camera.
6. Turn on the camera power.
7. Wait until 10 beeps finish then start to firmware update.
8. At this time the LED (RED) blinking until it go out, the firmware update
procedure is completed.
9. Remove the AC adapter and reformat the SD card if you want to use it again.
10. Check new firmware version from SETUP menu-> FACTORY SET.
Note: Don’t remove the power source during firmware update procedures.
