The handheld vacuum
cleaner is not showing any
sign of function.
The battery is discharged. Charge the battery of the handheld
vacuum cleaner (see “Charging the
handheld vacuum cleaner”).
The charging display 15
is
not lighting up.
The power supply 2 is not
correctly connected to the
plug socket or to the
handheld vacuum cleaner.
Ensure that the power supply is correctly
inserted into the plug socket 3 and that
the power connector is correctly inserted
into the charging socket 1 or charging
base 17.
The suction performance is
poor.
The metal lter 12 or Hepa
lter 13 is blocked.
Clean the lters (see “Cleaning”).
The battery is discharged. Charge the battery of the handheld
vacuum cleaner (see “Charging the
handheld vacuum cleaner”).
The dust container 11 is
full.
Empty the dust container (see “Emptying
the dust container”).
Dust is coming out of the air
vents.
The metal lter or Hepa
lter is damaged.
Contact your local retailer to order a
replacement lter.
The dust container is full. Empty the dust container (see “Emptying
the dust container”).
The metal lter or Hepa
lter is not correctly
inserted.
Re-attach the lters correctly to the
handheld vacuum cleaner after cleaning
(see “Cleaning”).
