This message will appear only in case of having the option TechnoInk
installed and using TechnoInk cartridges. As soon the machine detects that
the ink level of one of the cartridges is 0%, it will pop up this message, it will
disable the empty cartridge and continue printing with the rest of the cartridges.
1. You can verify the ink level on the RFID antenna located below the display or on the user manager
pointing the cartridge.
2. Replace the cartridge with a full one.
3. Put the veried TechnoInk cartridges, into the
stalls, and check the display indication.
3.1 In case the machine can't read any optink
cartridge, please replace the carriage board.
3.2 In case that there is one RFID Tag, that is not
detected,
3.2.1 Verify it with an other TechnoInk Cartridge
3.2.2 Cross the antenna cable with a working one.
3.2.3. In case the error moves to the other stall,
please replace the antenna.
3.2.4. In case the error still on the same position,
please replace the carriage board.
INK LEVEL(ANTENNAS) SENSOR
Description:
Ink level is controlled using RFID technology. The cartridge with optink enabled have an RFID tag with
information about color, level and other features used by the machine.
In case of that the plotter is not able to read the RFID Tag from cartridges.
During normal operation, the plotter updates the
ink level and other parameters in the RFID tag.
In case of error reading the cartridge RFID it will be
treated as a non-optink cartridge.
Placing an optink cartridge to a non-optink
machine will cause the ink level to be not updated.
1. Check optink option
is activated on rmware
menu.
2. Check all cartridges
on right side cover
antenna.
