If your GESTRA Transmitter isn't working, here are a few things to check: * Ensure the power supply is on and all electrical connections are secure. * Inspect the thermal fuse and replace it if defective, making sure the ambient temperature doesn't exceed 70° C. * Verify the earth connection to the vessel is properly connected, cleaning seating surfaces and screwing in the level transmitter with the correct joint ring. Avoid using hemp or PTFE tape for insulation. * If the electronic circuit board is defective, exchange the electronic insert.

If your GESTRA Transmitter isn't working accurately, it could be due to several reasons: * A missing protection tube. Install a protection tube, as it serves as a reference electrode. * An obstructed or flooded vent hole in the protection tube. Check the protection tube and provide a vent hole if necessary. * Closed isolating valves of the external level pot (if applicable). Open the isolating valve. * The lower measuring point being outside the transmitter's measuring range. Install a sufficiently long level transmitter. * Incorrect adjustment of the measuring range.
