  If the 'Ice Full' light is illuminated on your Gevi Ice Maker, it could be due to several reasons. First, empty the ice basket if it's full. The ambient temperature might be too high, exceeding the operational limits, so try changing the environment. Check the infrared sensor and clean it if it's blocked. Ensure proper heat dissipation by keeping a 15cm/6inch clearance on all sides of the ice maker. Also, make sure the water temperature is between 46° F(8 °C) and 82° F(28° C), and the ambient temperature is between 50° F (10° C) and 90° F (32° C). If none of these steps resolve the issue, it could be an NTC malfunction, and you should contact Gevi for service.
