How to fix Gevi GIMN-1102 when 'Making' and 'Cleaning' lights are on?

  If your Gevi Ice Maker is showing both the 'Making' and 'Cleaning' lights, it could be in defrosting mode; allow approximately 30 minutes for it to return to normal, or hold the 'Clean' button for 3 seconds and then press the 'ON/OFF' button to restart. Ensure proper heat dissipation by maintaining a 15cm/6inch clearance on all sides. Use water with a temperature between 46° F(8 °C) and 82° F(28° C). The ambient temperature should be between 50 °F (10° C) and 90° F (32° C).

  If the 'Add Water' indicator is on for your Gevi Ice Maker, several factors could be at play. If you're connected to a water supply, ensure it's functioning correctly and allow time for auto-refilling, avoiding manual water addition to prevent overflow. If not connected, manually add water to the reservoir. A blocked water screen can also trigger this; try cleaning it. If the pump is malfunctioning, contact Gevi for service.

Why is the 'Full' light on my Gevi Ice Maker?

  If the 'Full' indicator is illuminated on your Gevi Ice Maker, the ice basket might be full; try emptying it. Alternatively, the ambient temperature may exceed the ice maker's operational limits; try adjusting the environment. A blocked infrared sensor could also be the cause; try cleaning the infrared sensor. If the NTC is malfunctioning, contact Gevi for service.
