Fault Codes – SL 1.7 to SL 1.9
Fault Messages
If a fault occurs on the system a 2-digit number will be displayed on the program switch.
This will flash every 20 seconds. Up to 5 separate fault codes may be issued in
succession. If the system has been appropriately configured, an audible warning also
occurs. To assist in fault diagnosis, please advise any fault codes to our office without
delay.
Code and description of all error messages. Please confirm this code when reporting the
fault to the Service Dept.
Error Meaning
01 24V voltage internal (no voltage)
02 12V voltage internal (no voltage)
03 230V voltage supply (no voltage)
10 No signal from the position indicator
12 Faulty motor
13 Safety sensor 1 (contact closed)
14 Flat battery 14V
15 Display program switch (no signal)
16 Lock not locking
17 Lock not un-locking
19 Safety sensor 2 (contact closed)
27 Safety sensor 1 (contact open)
29 Safety sensor 2 (contact open)
32 Sabotage switch is activated
33 Second control (sluice, draught lobby)
35 Chemist Setting
37 Internal Activation (contact closed)
39 External Activation (contact closed)
40 Key switch Contact (contact closed)
41 Safety sensor 1 (contact open)
42 Emergency locking (contact closed)
45 Drive control (hot)
46 Temperature sensor motor
47 Temperature sensor control
48 Drive overheated
8.8 No communication between control & DPS.
