Adjustment of cable tension
Note:
In the basic position, i.e. with passive leaf being closed, the cable must show a certain tension.
Open passive leaf!
Slightly stretch the cable manually and clamp
(cable loose).
Close passive leaf
The cable must pull the valve lever located at the
Slimdrive SD-IS
for approx. 8 mm out of the initial position (cable tightened).
Function test
Open active leaf, open passive leaf:
The cable tension is correct, if the valve lever located at the
Slimdrive SD-IS
is in contact with
the stop pin.
Active leaf open, passive leaf closed:
The valve lever must have been pulled in a rectanguler position by the cable tension and
consequently there must be a space of approx. 8 mm between the valve lever and the stop pin.
