What to do if the pilot light won't light on my GGMgastro Grill?
    • H
      harrelljordanAug 5, 2025
If the pilot light on your GGMgastro Grill won't light, there could be a couple of reasons. First, ensure the gas isolation valve is turned on and that the gas bottle isn't empty. If the gas supply is fine, the pilot injector might be blocked, in which case you should call a service provider.

Why does the pilot light go out when I release the gas control knob on my GGMgastro GLGK46-E?
    • S
      steven13Aug 19, 2025
The pilot light might be going out when you release the gas control knob on your GGMgastro Grill because you're releasing the knob before the thermocouple has heated up sufficiently. Hold the knob in for at least 20 seconds after the pilot light ignites. Other potential causes, that require calling a service provider, include a pilot flame that's too small, gas pressure that's too low, a partially blocked pilot injector, or a faulty thermocouple.
