Operands:
S
1
: dividend S
2
: divisor D: Quotient and Remainder
Explanations:
1. In 16-bit command, operand D occupies 2 continuous devices.
2. S

2
D. Performs the division of BIN data S

and the BIN data S
2
, and stores the
result into the device D. Please pay careful attention to the polarity display of the
operation result of S

and D in the 16-bit command.
16-bit command:
+1
/
Quotient
Remainder
When D is bit device, it can specify K1~K4 to produce a 16-bit result and occupies 2 continuous
groups. In regards to the operation result, the quotient and remainder are stored. For ES model,
the operation result will turn out quotient only without remainder.
Program Example:
When X0 is ON, the primary source D0 (divisor) is divided by the second source D10 (dividend). The
quotient is specified to be stored in D20 and the remainder is specified to be stored in D21. The
polarity of the result is indicated by the OFF/ON of the most significant bit. OFF indicates the value of
positive and ON indicates the value of negative.
