Retract/Shorten the Hose: To unlock the hose, give it a small tug until it reaches a non-locking area (where no click is heard), initiating retraction. To shorten the hose to a specific length, start retraction and stop when a "click" is heard at the desired point.

Important Usage Tips:

Hose locking is only possible during the pulling-out process, not during retraction.
Always retract the hose gently. Failure to do so with caution may damage the hose reel.
Walking backward at a steady speed during retraction allows the self-segmenting mechanism to neatly insert and weave the hose into the reel, preventing kinks and tangles.
Always retract the hose after each use.
A "STOP" indication sticker is placed 3.28 feet before the maximum hose length. Users are advised not to pull the hose past this point to avoid damaging the retraction mechanism.
