Safety Classification: Modules are intended for incorporation into customer equipment and are classified in accordance with IEC60825-1: 2007. Labels for Class 2, Class 3R, and Class 3B laser products are supplied.

Usage Features:

Easy Setup: The system includes a laser module, power supply adaptor, power lead, and optional extension leads (3 & 8 meters). Connection involves plugging the 3-pin connector from the laser module into the power supply adaptor, then connecting the power supply to the mains.
Focus Adjustment: The laser's focus can be adjusted using a supplied focus key.
1. Remove any line/cross optics to project a dot.
2. Insert the focus key into the laser barrel and align with control grooves.
3. Turn the key until the desired focus is achieved.
4. Replace optics if fitted; rotate for desired projection (for lines) or rotate first optic for a line with a center dot, then replace and rotate the second optic for a cross (for crosses).
LaserLyte L Series XL Models: Allow adjustment of the angle between crossed lines to achieve a 90-degree cross at any mounting angle, by adjusting the front lens assembly with the focus key.
Mounting Options: A range of mounting brackets, electrical leads, and power supplies are available to provide a complete solution.
- MK1 Mounting Kit: A cost-effective solution allowing the laser clamp to rotate horizontally 360° and vertically 180°. The mounting post allows vertical movement. Compatible with Global Laser's mounting brackets and supplied with two different lengths of machine screws.
- Heavy Duty Clamp: Features parallel and vertical adjustment for aiming the laser in any direction or angle. Robust aluminum construction aids in heat dissipation and prevents movement from shock/vibration. The base plate has threaded holes for secure fastening.
- Magnetic Base: Available for the heavy-duty clamp, allowing it to be fitted to ferrous surfaces.

Maintenance Features:

Mounting for Longevity: It is recommended to mount the laser in a suitable heat sink/mount to ensure lifetime and stability. Maintaining the case temperature within the specified range is crucial, as failure to do so can shorten the laser diode's lifetime or lead to catastrophic failure. Laser diode lifetime decreases by approximately a factor of two for every ten-degree increase in operating temperature.
Warranty: Global Laser provides a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, offering repair or replacement for faulty products.
Repair Process: For faulty products, users should contact their local representative or Global Laser to obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) code before returning the product to the specified address.
