What to do if my GLOBBER E-MOTION 14 Scooter suddenly stops working?
    • J
      James MitchellAug 12, 2025
If your GLOBBER scooter suddenly stops, it might be due to excessive use, such as riding on a steep incline or the rider exceeding the weight limit. The motor has overload protection for safety. Wait a minute or more before turning the battery back on. Also, check all wires and connectors to ensure they are securely connected. Keep in mind that the scooter isn't designed for wet conditions; if water damage is suspected, contact your dealer or a Globber representative.

Why is the GLOBBER E-MOTION 14 run time so short?
    • J
      Joshua ObrienAug 19, 2025
If your GLOBBER scooter's run time is short, it could be due to the battery not charging fully, indicated by a low battery level on the LCD screen. Ensure the battery is fully charged, which takes about 4 hours for the first charge and subsequent recharges. Check that the charger is securely plugged into both the wall socket and the scooter, and that the wall socket is receiving power. Alternatively, if the battery is old (1-2 years) or the scooter is new with low autonomy, the battery may need replacement. Contact your dealer or a Globber representative.

    • K
      Katherine Cole DDSAug 27, 2025
If your GLOBBER scooter won't run, it could be due to a discharged battery, indicated by the LCD screen being off. Fully charge the battery; the first charge takes about 4 hours, and recharges also take up to 4 hours. Another possibility is loose or unplugged wires or connectors. Ensure the charger is securely plugged into both the wall socket and the scooter.

Why does my GLOBBER E-MOTION 14 Scooter run sluggishly?
    • J
      joshuajenningsSep 3, 2025
If your GLOBBER scooter runs sluggishly, it might be overloaded. Ensure you're not exceeding the 70 kg weight limit and avoid using the scooter on steep slopes or pulling objects. Overloading can cause premature wear. Also, make sure you're riding on solid, flat, clean, and dry surfaces like a bike path or level ground.
