  If your GLOBBER scooter suddenly stops, it might be due to excessive use, such as riding on a steep incline or the rider exceeding the weight limit. The motor has overload protection for safety. Wait a minute or more before turning the battery back on. Also, check all wires and connectors to ensure they are securely connected. Keep in mind that the scooter isn't designed for wet conditions; if water damage is suspected, contact your dealer or a Globber representative.

Ensure the battery is fully charged, which takes about 4 hours for the first charge and subsequent recharges. Check that the charger is securely plugged into both the wall socket and the scooter, and that the wall socket is receiving power. Alternatively, if the battery is old (1-2 years) or the scooter is new with low autonomy, the battery may need replacement. Contact your dealer or a Globber representative.
