Indirect clearing
Place objects in a separate container. Use ultrasonic
waves to penetrate the container and to clean.
Appropriate places: Print shops, technical
assistance of mobile phones and electronics.
Cleaning methods:
1. Place the object inside a container. Add the proper uid to submerge
the object.
2. Place the container inside the basket, then put them in the tank. Add water to a level
between MIN and MAX, without covering the container.
3. Press the SET button to set the clock to 10 minutes. Press the On/Off button once to
start cleaning. The ultrasonic waves will penetrate the container and clean the object.
Choose the container:
1. Plastic packaging - plastics are soft, and absorb about 30% of ultrasonic energy
reducing the effect of ultrasonic cleaning.
2. Aluminum containers - absorb about 20% of ultrasonic energy.
3. Stainless steel containers - absorb about 8% of ultrasonic energy.
Different industries use different uids to be used
inside the containers:
1. Print shops - Acetone is often used (for dissolving
the paint).
2. Technical assistance for mobile phones and
electronics - pure alcohol (to evaporate quickly).
Do not allow contact between acetone and the
plastic parts of the equipment to avoid corrosion.
Use indirect clean and a glass or metal container
for acetone.
