Troubleshooting guide
Error Cause and remedy
GO2 not working – Check the power supply (the green
LED on the control unit must be
lit). A defective fuse in the battery
connection cable of the GO2 must
be replaced with an original Truma
spare part (part no. 60040-00169).
– Interrupt the power supply for
at least 20 seconds. Restore the
power supply. The green LED on
the control unit should be lit
GO2 not working
and red LED on
the control unit
flashing
Control unit is overheated.
– Interrupt the power supply with
the battery cut-out switch and
remove the key. Allow the control
unit to cool down for at least
20 minutes. Then restart the GO2.
GO2 not respond-
ing to commands
from remote con-
trol or only with
interruptions
Weak battery in the remote control
– red LEDs on the remote control
flashing.
– Check the battery and battery
contacts of the remote control.
Replace battery and/or clean
battery contacts if necessary.
Weak GO2 battery – green LED on
the control unit flashing.
– Check GO2 battery. Charge or
replace battery if necessary.
Drive roller sliding
off tyre
– Check tyre pressure and adjust if
necessary.
– Check tread and replace tyres if
necessary.
– Disengage GO2 and measure gap
between tyre and drive roller. The
gap must be 20mm.
Before calling customer service, please check the
following:
– Are the batteries in the remote control in perfect condition?
– Is the remote control paired with the control unit? Carry
out the steps in “Pairing the electronic control unit with the
radio remote control” on page 16.
– Is the caravan battery in perfect condition and fully
charged? Please note that battery performance can
deteriorate considerably at cold ambient temperatures.
If these actions do not remedy the problem, please
contact Truma Service.
Pairing the electronic control unit with
the radio remote control
If you are using the control unit or the remote control for
the first time or if you have replaced either of these, they
must be paired with each other again in accordance with
theinstructions below.
Make sure that the drive rollers are not in contact with the
tyre. Check that the battery is properly connected and in
good condition, and that the control unit is being supplied
with 12 V.
– Establish the power connection for the GO2 via the battery
cut-off switch.
Green LED lit.
– Press the reset button (Figure12-1) on the remote control
with a thin object. The antenna of the control unit can be
used for this.
The green and red LEDs (Figure12-2/3) on the remote
control now flash alternately.
– Then switch on the remote control.
The control unit and remote control pair automatically.
