With the quick release inserted and in the
open position as shown, rotate clockwise
STOPPING before it is fully tight as
shown below.
Close the quick release lever. The lever
should feel harder to close at it reaches a
90- degree position.
The QR should have roughly 120 degrees
of free play before it beings to engage.
The closing resistance should act over the
remaining 60 degrees of movement till it
is firmly shut in the correct location.
