Replace the split pin to secure the
brake pads in position.
Using pliers, bend open the split pin
to lock it in place.
WARNING! Do not attempt to ride
your Gocycle without re-installing the
brake pads and securing split pin.
Doing so may result in injury.
Replace the front brake calliper.
Tighten the calliper securing bolts to
a torque of 6–8Nm.
Ensure that the brake calliper is
parallel to the disk rotor when
tightened in order to prevent disk
rub.
