5.3.2.1 Cleaning lift oil filter
The lift oil filter is to the left front of the engine.
Clean the filter every 400 hours and whenever the oil is changed.
Drain the oil; remove the filter from its jar. Wash it with petrol or diesel fuel, dry it
and replace it in its seating in the jar.
Clean the filter after the first 50 hours.
5.3.3 Mechanical steering box
The steering box does not have to have the oil changed. Top up the level using
AGIP ROTRA MP SAE 80W/90 oil (It is advisable) (n.1 fig.7).
The amount of oil in the steering box is about 0.7Kg.

5.5 REGISTRATIONS
5.5.1 Registering the clutch cable
When pedal take up is less than 10 mm, register it with register screw n.1 fig.10.
5.5.2 Registering the main and parking brakes.
If one of the two rear wheels shows a difference in braking performance
compared with the other or the main brake pedal (n.3 fig.1) or hand-brake lever
(n. 6 fig.1) take up is excessive, follow these steps:
Detach the two link rods n.1-2 fig.8, and extend or reduce their length as the
need be using the fork.
Tighten home the fork locking nuts and reconnect the link rods.
Make this registration on both wheels separately.
