2.1 BAR TO DRIVE TRAIN

Connect the cutter bar to the drive train using specified hardware and spacers.

2.2 LEVER MECHANISM TO THE MOTOR MOWER

Attach the lever mechanism to the motor mower via quick coupling, ensuring proper seating.

2.3 INSTALLING THE BALLAST (available as an optional)

Mount optional ballast to adjust lever mechanism weight for optimal balance.

MAINTENANCE - CLEANING - LUBRICATION

4.1 DRIVE MECHANISM OIL

Check and change drive mechanism oil using recommended AGIP ROTRA MP SAE 80W/90.

4.2 CUTTER BAR MAINTENANCE

Clean and lubricate the cutter bar after each use; lubricate if storing for extended periods.

REGULATIONS

5.1 REGULATING PLAY BETWEEN KNIFE AND LEDGER PLATE

Adjust wear plates and guide block for specified play (Y=0.2-0.3mm, X=0.2-1mm).

5.2 REGULATING PLAY BETWEEN KNIFE AND KNIFE GUIDE (ESM BAR)

Adjust play between knife sections and guides for ESM bar (X=0.1-1mm).

5.3 CHANGING THE CUTTER BAR

Procedure to remove cutter bar by unscrewing head, lifting, and sliding out.
