Alternatively, the draining spout underneath the top of the compressor depot may not be correctly positioned to direct water into the pan. Also, the water spout could be blocked, or the water is not fully inserted into the connector. Finally, check if the refrigerator has been powered off for a long time, as this may cause ice in the bucket to melt and flow to the floor.
