circuited
The failure is set, if the connection to the
temperature sensor is open or if there is a
short circuit between the two terminals of
the sensor. The washing program will be
ended without heating. The failure will be
displayed at the end of the washing
program.
On LCD:
ERROR 1
F2 The connection with door
lock is open
The failure is set, if the connection to the
door lock is open. The washing program
will stop. The failure will be displayed.
Supply of door lock will be ON. To start
the washing program, the user has to close
the door (program starts at once). To
continue the program (if failure happens
between washing program), the user has to
check if the door is closed and press the
„Start“-button. If the failure occurs again,
the washing program stops. Supply of door
lock will be OFF. If the water is in the
machine, than pumping 2 minutes. Failure
will be displayed again , and it is not
possible to start the washing program again.
On LCD:
ERROR 2

the water level was not
reached.
- water tap closed
- leak in the machine
- valve defect
The failure is set, if within filling or heating
step the water level is below level 1 for the
filling time or 4 minutes in heating time. If
the failure occurs the first time within a
washing program, the current step starts
again. If the failure occurrs the second time
(twice in succession), the washing program
is stopped, and the failure will be displayed.
To continue the washing program, the user
has to press the „Start“-button. If the failure
occurs the third time, the washing program
stops, the failure will be displayed, and it is
not possible to start the washing program
again.
On LCD:

the connection to the tacho
generator is open or short-
circuited
If the washing program is active and the
motor control unit gets no signal from the
tacho generator, the first time the failure
occurs a pause of 1minute is executed. This
repeat 3 times. If once happen that motor
works O.K. than all previous failure must
be deleted. When the failure is detected the
4 time’s the washing program stops
immediately. If the temperature is higher
that 60°C than cool down with cold water
30 seconds. Then pumping water 2 minutes.

F5: Triac is short-circuited

Failure if washing program is active and motor works without triac control. Program stops.

F6: Temperature not reached / Heater defect

Failure if temperature is more than 15°C lower than rated temperature after heating step.

F7: Water level does not fall below level 1

Failure if water level does not drop below level 1 after pumping step. Program may stop.

F8: WM not reach max. spin speed

Failure if spin speed is more than 100rpm lower than rated speed at end of testing program.

F9: Water inside machine (Aqua Stop)

Failure detected by Aqua Stop Sensor. All valves switch OFF, heater OFF, motor STOPS.

Self Test

Executes micro self-test. Displays 'OK' or 'ERROR' for all segments and symbols.

Door Lock Control

Tests door lock function. Displays 'DOOR OK' or 'DOOR ERROR'.

NTC Control

Checks NTC resistance to verify temperature sensor function. Displays 'NTC OK' or 'NTC ERROR'.

Water Filling

Tests water valves (Hot, Main, Pre Wash) and filling to specified levels. Displays 'WATER OK' or 'WATER ERROR'.

Water Clean Sensor Check

Checks water clean sensor connection by testing voltage in drum. Displays 'YES' or 'NO'.

Washing and Heating

Tests washing motor and heater operation. Displays 'WASHING OK' or 'WASHING ERROR'.

Spinning

Tests drain pump and spin cycle. Displays 'DRAIN OK' or 'DRAIN ERROR', and 'SPIN SPEED OK' or 'SPIN SPEED ERROR'.

End Test Program

Ends the test program. Displays 'END' and 'WATER SENSOR YES (or NO)'.
