Chicken Breast Strips in Breadcrumbs
Ingredients:
2 Chicken breast llets
1 – 2 Egg white
approx. ½ cup Flour for breadcrumbs
approx. ½ cup Breadcrumbs
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
Preparation:
1. Place the egg white, our and breadcrumbs in three separate small bowls.
2. Chop each of the chicken breast llets into strips of equal sizes.
3. Season the chicken breast llet strips with salt and pepper.
4. Roll the chicken breast llet strips in the our, then dip them in egg white and roll in
the breadcrumb coating.
Cod Fillet with Garlic Herb Crust
Ingredients:
approx. 100 g Cod llet
1 – 2 Egg white
1 Garlic clove
approx. 1 tbsp. Chopped basil
approx. 1 tsp. Paprika powder
To taste Sea salt, pepper
approx. ½ cup Breadcrumbs
Preparation:
1. Peel the garlic and squeeze through a garlic press.
2. Mix together the garlic, the rest of the herbs and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
3. Separate o the egg white and pour it into a separate bowl.
4. Dip the cod llet in egg white and then coat it in the garlic and herb breadcrumb
coating.
