  • Before First Use:
    1. Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels.
    2. Clean the basket, crisper tray, and accessories with hot water, soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
    3. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a clean cloth.
    4. Run the unit at 350°F for about 5 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residue, which may produce a slight burning smell initially.
  • Operation:
    1. Place the air fryer on a flat, even, stable, and non-combustible surface, away from heat-resistant surfaces and stove tops.
    2. Place ingredients in the fry basket (do not fill with oil or liquid) and slide it into the appliance.
    3. Select a cooking function and adjust time/temperature using the arrow keys. The default setting is 370°F for 15 minutes if no function is selected initially.
    4. Press the POWER/START/PAUSE button to begin cooking. The heating and fan icons will illuminate.
    5. Adjust settings mid-cycle by pressing the POWER/START/PAUSE button, making changes, and pressing it again to resume.
    6. Shake ingredients midway through cooking for even results by pulling out the basket (the air fryer will automatically pause).
    7. The unit retains settings for up to 2 hours in case of power interruption.
    8. Upon completion, the timer beeps five times, and the display reads "OFF" (unless Keep Warm is active). The fan continues to run for about 20 seconds to cool down.
    9. To turn off before the cycle ends, hold the POWER/START/PAUSE button for 3 seconds.
    10. Carefully remove the basket using a pot holder, as oil may collect at the bottom.
    11. Use silicone-tipped, non-metal tongs to remove ingredients to avoid scratching the ceramic coating of the fry basket and crisper tray.
  • Cooking Guide & Tips: Includes charts for various foods (potatoes & fries, meat & poultry, snacks, baking) with recommended times, temperatures, and actions (shake/flip). Provides an internal temperature chart for cooked meats based on USDA Food Safety Standards. Tips include shaking smaller ingredients for even cooking, adding a small amount of oil to fresh potatoes for crispiness, avoiding extremely oily ingredients, and using a baking pan for batter-based foods.
