Aer opening the box, you'll find the handlebar not mounted to the
steering column. Remove the polystyrene at the top, and using both
hands, li the handlebar and steering column to vercal posion. Do
not stretch the power cable. Fix the folding latch as described below.
Guide the power cable inside the steering column, place the metal
collar on top of the steering column and mount the handlebar
carefully. Fix the handlebar ght with 4 screws provided with the
hex key. Li the scooter from the box, place it on the ground and
support it with the kickstand. Your scooter is ready for the pre-ride
check as described in secon "How to Ride your Electric Scooter".
Make sure your scooter is turned off. If the scooter is folded release the
handlebar from the rear mudguard by pressing down the mudguard. Li the
handlebar to the vercal posion. Fix the latch in front of the steering column
by elevang the yellow slider slightly and press the latch to the steering column.
Check if the handlebar is ghtly fixed.
To fold the scooter, release the yellow slider slightly and then open the latch by
pulling the top end of it away from the steering column. Recline the steering
column so that the handlebar hooks to the rear mudguard.

1. Before riding make sure the steering system is correctly adjusted and fixed ghtly (including handle-
bar, steering column, folding latch), lights and brakes working properly and res in good condion.
2. Make sure to fully charge your new GPad scooter before your first ride.
3. In case your scooter is folded, unfold it into the riding posion following the instrucons in secon
“Folding".
4. Turn the scooter on following the instrucons in secon “Dashboard”.
5. Make sure that the kickstand is folded up into the riding posion.
6. Grab the handlebar with both hands and with one foot on the deck, push it off with the
other foot to get the scooter moving.
7. Once moving, use your right thumb to press the throle to accelerate.
8. To decelerate use your le thumb to press the brake lever.
WARNING! When braking hard, you risk losing tracon which can cause serious injury. Always look
ahead for potenal hazards and ride at moderate speed. Braking distances increase with wet weather.
9. Use the handlebar to turn le or right and in parallel lean your body slightly towards the direcon you
are making the turn.
10. To turn the scooter off, hold down the power buon for about 3 seconds.
11. When parking the scooter use your foot to unfold the kickstand located at the le side of the
scooter and lean the scooter on it.
When riding the scooter wear a helmet and other protecve gear (knee, wrist and elbow protecon) to
reduce the risk of injury.
Always wear shoes (high heels not recommended) when riding your scooter. Never ride barefoot.
DO NOT ride the scooter if the folding mechanism is damaged or the steering column feels loose.
