Listening to the Radio
1. Press the Power Button to turn the unit on.
2. Adjust the NS/Radio Switch to Radio.
3. Adjust the AM/FM Switch to AM or FM.
4. Turn the Tuning Dial to adjust the AM or FM station.
AM and FM radio stations are displayed in the Frequency Display on the face of
the unit.
5. Turn the Volume Dial to adjust the volume of the unit.
Listening to Nature Sounds
1. Press the Power Button to turn the unit on.
2. Adjust the NS/Radio Switch to NS (Nature Sounds).
3. Adjust the Numbered NS Switch to 1 for ocean sounds, 2 for forest sounds, and 3
for white noise.
4. Turn the Volume Dial to adjust the volume of the unit.
