4-C Install Forward-Facing with
Vehicle Seat Belt
1. Store LATCH Strap
Attach LATCH connectors to the plastic
bars as shown.
2. Adjust the Car Seat
Place car seat in the 2nd or 3rd recline
position. For children over 40 lb (18
kg), you MUST use recline position 3.
4. Place Car Seat Forward-Facing in
Back Seat of the Vehicle
Place forward-facing in vehicle seat. The
base should sit as flat as possible on the
vehicle seat.
3. Unhook Top Tether Strap From
Storage
Unhook tether and lay it in the seat.
