The set probe temperature can be displayed by holding down one of the arrow keys
and at the same time pressing . But remember, the arrow key must be pressed
first.
The set time can be displayed by holding down one of the arrow keys and at the
same time pressing
. But remember, the arrow key must be pressed first.
(If a change of temperature or time setting is required, see section "Changing
temperature and time settings").
The program stops or can be stopped and the LED turned off in one of three ways:
1. If the set probe temperature has been reached before the set time has
elapsed, the temperature will be maintained until the time has elapsed.
The control then changes over to the storage program.
2. If the set probe temperature is not reached before the set time has
elapsed, chilling continues until the set probe temperature has been
reached. The control then changes over to the storage program.
3. Each program can be stopped manually by pressing or
. The
LEDs will go out. If programs are switched off in this way, and the control
changes over to the storage program.
Changing temperature
and time settings
The temperature or time setting can be changed by pressing and an arrow key
at the same time:
for setting a higher temperature or longer time.
for setting a lower temperature or shorter time.
When is released, the new setting is stored.
NOTE: The time or probe temperature setting can be changed during the
program sequence for time controlled chilling and temperature-controlled
chilling with probe as follows:
First press one of the program keys
. The red LED will flash.
Time and temperature can now be set as described above. The program key
concerned must then be pressed again. The red LED will then light up continuously.
If the time is changed, the control interprets this as a new program.
