4.7 • Disconnect the electrical connection (D) between the active
module and the cable harness for the energy bundle.
• Measure the resistance at the pins P2 and P1 at the plug of the
active module (STVB D/large):
P2 (ground) Ω P1 (voltage 12 V at the
electromagnet for 3/2)
= 8.6 Ω (±
±±
± 10%)
Cable harness for the energy bundle is
defective. Replace the energy bundle (see
Chapter 3.15).
>> 8.6 Ω (R → ∞) (interruption) or
<< 8.6Ω (R → 0) (short-circuit)
Replace the active module
(see Chapter 3.13).
4.8 • Disconnect the electrical connection (E) between the active
module and the cable harness for the energy bundle.
• Measure the resistance at the pins P2 and P1 at the plug of the
active module (STVB E/small):
P2 (ground) Ω P1 (voltage 12 V at the
electromagnet for 2/2)
= 27.9 Ω (±
±±
± 10%)
Cable harness for the energy bundle is
defective. Replace the energy bundle (see
Chapter 3.15).
>> 27.9 Ω (R → ∞) (interruption) or
<< 27.9 MΩ (R → 0) short-circuit)
Replace the active module
(see Chapter 3.13).
