4.7 Disconnect the electrical connection (D) between the active
module and the cable harness for the energy bundle.
Measure the resistance at the pins P2 and P1 at the plug of the
active module (STVB D/large):
P2 (ground) P1 (voltage 12 V at the
electromagnet for 3/2)
= 8.6 (±
±±
± 10%)
Cable harness for the energy bundle is
defective. Replace the energy bundle (see
Chapter 3.15).
>> 8.6 (R → ∞) (interruption) or
<< 8.6 (R 0) (short-circuit)
Replace the active module
(see Chapter 3.13).
4.8 Disconnect the electrical connection (E) between the active
module and the cable harness for the energy bundle.
Measure the resistance at the pins P2 and P1 at the plug of the
active module (STVB E/small):
P2 (ground) P1 (voltage 12 V at the
electromagnet for 2/2)
= 27.9 (±
±±
± 10%)
Cable harness for the energy bundle is
defective. Replace the energy bundle (see
Chapter 3.15).
>> 27.9 (R → ∞) (interruption) or
<< 27.9 M (R 0) short-circuit)
Replace the active module
(see Chapter 3.13).
